PET Geocomposites

PET geocomposite are characterised by high tensile strength geogrid combined with non woven fabric. They are mainly used for the reinforcement of cohesive soils, where their drainage function promotes an increase in shear strength. The nonwoven component protects the high tenacity yarns from damage, and its separation function means that reinforcement geocomposites can be used between fine-grained and coarse-grained soils.

  • PET Reinforcement geoComposite is that Polyester geogrid combine with light weight Spunbond Nonwoven Fabric .
  • They are sticked together by special glue to strengthen the bond with the asphalt layers .
  • The asphalt layer to increase the tensile strength to prevent road surface crack caused by foundation crack reflection. The chemistry stability is good, the hot-stability is good, anti-weary dehiscence, anti-low temperature shrinkage crack, postponement reduction reflection crack.
